Question Will the stipend as its called be on the Ballot ? or is that now a done deal . For lack of a better understanding of this process .

Going to the school was not so good . Going there to here the town Employees yell Yes ,

And better Statesman's come up to the microphone and give a good understanding of how the town is 10% unemployed and taxing going up 10% fell on deaf ears . and good questions on the water meters that to me is a bad deal for the town ,and watching the fire Chief say with his arms full of gold Brade and silver buttons like some general ,

Give his speech on why he wants a Deputy Chief and said we all have to climb the ladder and put on full equipment , Did you see the chief ,
i guess when the town is asking for and More ,and More Tax money . they go crazy with wants , you say tax time, like chow time the town employees all come out of hiding .and run to the school voting machine .Sad that the town as a whole does not come out to vote in the same manner.things would be a lot better in Salem .

with town hall meetings held at the high school That is over run my town employees that vote self interest. is not in the favor of the town people as a whole , that are 10% unemployed . think on that as you cast your vote for higher tax . remember the town employes are working and cant see it your way.As you wonder where your next job is .

its a sorry state that clear thinking people are not listen too . like how Selectmen Pat Hargraves said .I did not ask or want the Stipend Raise , And he asked the board of selectmen for a second, to his motion not to except it . and was denied that second

.Now take a good look at how towns people that work for Free and need a hand out to keep food service for the needy running are turned away . along with other service groups that work for free .

Im aware that we cant give to every one , if times are that Bad, that we cant support a food service that works for free or a small hand out .Then selectmen should not take a hand out . a stipend as its called . Notice how all 4 selectmen put there hand out for that stipend on that board to grab that tax money off us for there service .. Think on that at election time

the stipend is a done deal it's in the budget again. At the 2nd deliberative we will have to take cuts from the non profits, no choice on that.
